Search your Claim History on your mobile device to determine the status of a claim and review the Explanation of Benefits.
Search the Claim History
- Find your claim history under Recent Claims in the dashboard.
- Claim History will show all Patients, claim types, and claim statuses.
- Sort the claims by Patient or Benefit Type.
- Narrow down claims by status (approved or rejected), type, or period with Filter.

Claims status
- Submitted claims are under review and will only show claim details regarding payment once they are approved or rejected.
- Approved claims have been reviewed and will include a statement to advise of the payment breakdown.
- Rejected claims have been reviewed and will include information about the reason for rejection.
Explanation of Benefits
When you receive a notification about a claim being accepted or rejected, you can view the important details of that claim by tapping on the "View Statement" option available at the top of the claim details. This will open up the corresponding Explanation of Benefits statement which contains crucial information about the claim. It is important to review the Explanation of Benefits statements as they may contain requests for additional information required to approve your claim.
